Who Needs Batman? Wonder Woman Is the New DCEU Champion

After another solid weekend hold, Wonder Woman has officially passed Suicide Squad and Batman v Superman to become the highest grossing DCEU film in North America. With an additional haul of $15.6 million over the June 30-July 2 weekend, Wonder Woman's domestic total is just under $347 million, besting Man of Steel ($291 million), Suicide Squad ($325 million), and Batman v Superman ($330 million). Impressively, the Patty Jenkins/Gal Gadot smash hit needed only 30 days to beat the entire run totals of the other DCEU entries. Internationally, WW brought its cume to over $360 million, which means the film has now crossed the $700 million mark worldwide with an $800 million finish now a real possibility.
