Twitch Sweetens the Pot

Amazon’s Twitch announced that it will be sweetening the Affiliate Program that was launched about a month ago. The new program is designed to allow more streaming channels to take in revenue. Affiliates can now make money by taking a cut of games and in-game items that are sold through their channel. A purchase button will appear on Affiliates’ channels whenever they’re playing a game that’s also for sale by Twitch. Affiliates will collect 5% of the revenue from such purchases.
